All Melina products are securely tracked and shipped directly from the Netherlands. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over €50, automatically applied at checkout (excluding duties). Please ensure a physical address is provided, as we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your ritual, but if you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from delivery to contact us at info@melinahaircare.com. To qualify for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original white cardboard packaging. Please note that customers bear the return shipping costs via their preferred carrier.
